Pros
You’ll be getting paid to see some cool events, concerts, hockey games, etc. The regular guests you interact with are often very friendly and so are many of the fellow coworkers
Cons
Very low pay, minimal hours as you only work during events. NO BENEFITS, they used to offer free tickets to events however they DO NOT give out free or discounted tickets to part-time employees any more. There is a food discount however the prices are already so high it would cost more to eat a snack than the hourly wage. Often have to deal with difficult situations with very little help from higher management. Events can last long hours with no breaks. Offer no longevity incentive. Full-time employees do not respect the part-time employees and talk down to them.
