Pros
Fellow employees and Store Management are GREAT people. no work on Sundays and off all major holidays. 401ks for all employees that are full time. very family oriented/ team environments.
Cons
Not that many stores locations yet, So you can get stuck in the churn if you are trying to move up in the company. Health benefits are a bit pricey. full vesting period for 401k is 5 years! high turnover rate of employees pay lower than industry standard
