I think they provide a great window of opportunity if you are looking for a place to start off. As a matter of fact, I use my article links that I wrote for them to help me get an opportunity to blog for Forbes since I was rejected twice before. So I think they are probably a good start if you need a break since adding them to your resume seems to do the trick.

I think their administrative processes needs to improve, and salary payment schedule needs to be consistent. My first pay day did not occur until the second month, but was always smooth thereafter. I think they need to outsource that aspect of the company to a payroll entity that would handle these things smoother.

The pay as offered is bad, but good luck getting paid ANYTHING. It's been weeks and still nothing. Avoid them, they don't pay!

Everything else. They're deceptive about what's offered. They don't pay what they do offer. When you try to collect payment or understand what's going on, there's no real communication. It's hard to know if this is even a real company or a front for some kind of scam. It's very fishy.
