Pros

71 year history, strong focus on artistic excellence, strategic alliances with peforming arts centers in Miami and Furt Lauderdale.

Cons

The CEO has been in place for 25 years, about 5 to 10 years too long; the Board has absolutely no backbone; after six or more years of operating losses the financial position is precarious and the Board has done nothing substantive to address it, letting the CEO continue, year after year, to run the company into the ground.

Pros

- schedule flexibility - great team. Everyone there is very polite and understanding. Team is super open to helping out whenever you have a doubt, and they don't make you feel like an idiot if you're not sure how to do something. They're revolutionizing FGO and making a great job out of it. - direct responsibilities - participate in events

Cons

- for some people this could be a con, but the internship is unpaid. You get college credit hours for it. I still thought it was great, and would definitely recommend.
