      Pros

      I have absolutely no pros working for this company. The unprofessionalism is mind blowing. I guess the morning “POW wows” are okay, the speakers could be misguiding you, but that’s for your personal opinion.

      Cons

      People walk in and out of there like they’re going through revolving doors. The managers are extremely unprofessional. They expect trainees to hit numbers you see none of your trainers hit. Oh and they don’t pay you the money that they owe you once you quit. Good luck. And they work you like a dog for peanuts. If I could do no stars, I WOULD.

      Gained a wonderful mentorship out of the opportunity.

      Cons

      The company misled employees about compensation, promising competitive pay but delivering a commission-only structure with unrealistic targets. Many employees worked long hours with little to no earnings, making it nearly impossible to sustain a stable income.
