There are zero opportunities for growth. Although management often says their doors are open, raising concerns or suggestions leads to zero meaningful change. In some cases, supervisors appear to view younger, more educated employees as competitors rather than colleagues, which results in minimal mentorship, guidance and support needed to effectively grow in one’s role.

I have been a flower controller for 3 years.

My first and still working job. I worked really hard and I am still working, but it is far from my home.
