Did you hear about the $4 Million dollar gift? Google it! Amazing Christmas announcement....amazing company....giving. Takes care of the employees so the employees can take care of the community. Santa's Workshop, Company Picnic, Christmas luncheon, BBQ's almost every other month, good leaders, great managers. This company continues to get better.
Cons
Can't think of any that really matter--we get ice cream on hot days and they have added some really good fans to try and cool off the factory in the summer.
