The company give a large amount of autonomy and trust for functional leads to define their method of operating to hit goals set by leadership. I’ve yet to work in a company that although very small; is operating in effective manners that’s leading to strong growth while the industry is facing challenges. People are kind and eager to help. There’s great company benefits and compensation is above average

I think clearer communication by leadership and employees from what the critical levers are to hit goals to challenges on hitting deadlines would be extremely helpful.

Flooret is growing in a category that has been declining the past couple of years. With a new management team in place, accountability is at an all time high and all employees have greater opportunities than ever to progress and grow. The work environment is one that rewards results and contribution so high performers really thrive at Flooret.

It's a company on the smaller side so everyone stands out, meaning you can't fly under the radar and avoid being seen. If you like to clock in and clock out everyday without being noticed, that is a downside. And if being in a fast paced environment that demands accountability from teammates doesn't interest or excite you, Flooret is not somewhere I would recommend.
