Pros

Some decent coworkers and you get to learn a-lot while managing projects.

Cons

The Ex CEO Mark Lorberbaum was a Huge Loser. Typical Boca idiot. Interfered in the staff's everyday work with Ego Maniac outbursts and a false sense of confidence on understanding the technology.

Pros

Coming to work every day knowing that I am fully supported by my team and upper management, encouraged every step of the way, given all of the tools needed to be successful with innovative technologies being brought on as needed to keep us ahead of the curve, I couldn't have asked for a better group of brilliant minds with whom to work. Every day is a new adventure with so much potential and growth opportunities. The proof of success is in our hundreds of satisfied customers, co-venture partnerships, and multiple long-term employees who are happy to relocate as needed to stay with a leader in the industry who treats their employees like family. The culture here at FloorForce is one of unity, positivity, celebrating each other, and customer-centricity, all in a forward-thinking tight knit group striving for excellence in all areas. It is unfortunate that those who join the company only to perform at subpar levels, and after given opportunities for improvement choose not to do so, lash out in effort to damage the reputation of FloorForce. It is blatantly obvious in reviews here and across Glassdoor with other top companies. Trolls are easily spotted and known.

Cons

The only drawback I can think of is having to wait 90 days for benefits to kick in, but that is standard in most companies.
