We’ve also observed issues such as not disclosing university commitments, taking time off without notice, and consistently low productivity levels, which complicate the management process. Supporting professionals who struggle with these challenges often requires basic management tactics that may not suit everyone. Additionally, if you can relate to the concerns mentioned, we have a good guess of who you might be, and we believe leaving without notice after receiving your salary was extremely unprofessional.
