Good family atmosphere at lower levels. The team help each other out a lot.
Cons
The current UK M. D. has a bad attitude, is out of touch combined with being emotional and unprofessional. Plus their CRM system is very complicated and out of date. Don't take a customer service job here unless want a difficult and frustrating life.
