Pros

I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a driven, ambitious team. I have never before experienced a tech company that innovates and executes with the urgency and precision that Floify does. For the first time in a long time, I have job where I look forward to getting up in the morning and contributing to the growth and success of a company that is literally improving an industry. This is a true team environment, where everyone does everything they can to make the people around them successful. Not only do we foster a collaborative culture, but I feel my voice is heard when constructive feedback is offered. Lots of companies talk about culture and work-life balance, but this organization actually delivers. Great benefits and vacation time. And of course, snacks. Our clients are a pleasure to work with. We're responsive to our customers' needs, using their feedback to drive our roadmap. Management truly cares about the staff and treats everybody with respect!

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any downsides. I plan on being with Floify for a long time.

Pros

The people on the ground are incredible. They are collaborative, accountable, supportive, and deeply committed to building quality solutions. Peer-to-peer learning here was unmatched. I learned more from my colleagues than in any academic or previous work setting. Remote was helpful for work-life balance.

Cons

Upper management demonstrated no interest in retaining experienced employees. Several key contributors left, and leadership made no meaningful effort to understand or prevent the trend. When legitimate concerns were raised about technical debt, unstable code foundations, or unsustainable product direction, they were dismissed, deflected, or shut down. Leadership showed a clear preference for short-term feature delivery over long-term platform stability. Direct communication about difficult topics was met with avoidance or, worse, retaliation. It took a public emotional breakdown from a team member to finally garner attention from leadership—an unacceptable failure in basic team support. Critical feedback was often treated as inconvenient rather than constructive.
