      Discounted products, summer shutdowns, close to home.

      Cons

      Extremely Bad management, Bad HR dept, very clicky with management, supervisors and certain employees/friends. disregard for health and safety, only interested in numbers. Low wages.

      Pros

      There is a lot of room for management growth. You can learn a lot of things about sales from the company and employees that work there.

      Cons

      The pay is not very high. You run around all day to make money for the business. It gets very cold outside in the winter. The hours are usually pushing 60+ a week.
