      Pros

      Very progressive and friendly with a lot of cultural appreciation and celebrations respected, lots of mental health support, nice senior management, paid breaks of an hour, good pension, head office has support for electric cars, modern facility, has its own lunch areas and cafe if you want to buy food. Work from home remote working is good.

      Cons

      I would say its just paid under the median for what you do and would be nice if the median amount was met. Not by a huge lot but it would be better if was paid what the average is for what we do. Sometime also issues with communication throughout departments

      Pros

      There is a lot of room for management growth. You can learn a lot of things about sales from the company and employees that work there.

      Cons

      The pay is not very high. You run around all day to make money for the business. It gets very cold outside in the winter. The hours are usually pushing 60+ a week.
