      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, relaxed atmosphere, encouraged to take on more responsibility with areas of interest, good pay for what the job requires, free floats, striving for improvement, management cares about employees, when there is a problem it gets solved quickly

      Cons

      I have to type 20 words in order to submit this review, but I don't really have much to complain about other than that this 20 word limit.

      Pros

      Great job with a great group of people. Providing memories of a lifetime to all of our guests.

      Cons

      There really aren’t any that I can think of. Other than the short winter off-season which I actually enjoy.

      Pros

      The culture, and the perks. Also the customers at a Float Center are about the best customers in the world.

      Cons

      If you don't enjoy a little bit of chaos from time to time, this might not be the place for you.
