      Cool office, cool people (excluding management..), Friday lunches, baseball games, etc.

      Absolutely no work/life balance, very minimal PTO, unreasonable WFH policy, constant disorganization, unrealistic expectations

      It is a very fast paced environment and you must be ready to hit the ground running but everybody is really has a team mentality and will help in any way they can to see you succeed.

      None really, be prepared to work hard.
