      They have a welcoming family environment. The people are friendly and want to see you succeed. They have been in business for over 35 years and know what it takes to run a business.

      Pros

      Not much work to do. But I would say that is a con as well.

      Cons

      Trying to grow in career and felt held down by this company. Was told I was going to have certain responsibilities which they said I couldnt do after getting hired. Lied about benefits, forced tons of travel and a position I didnt sign up for. Felt the company was in their own club and they didnt want outsiders in, hence why no one new works there. Did little to no work.
