      - Most exciting place to work with encouraging environment - Equipped training for basic work skills - Follow protocols to the latter - Gives you enough time to become better - Great Salary to encourage employees to work hard to get promoted.

      Cons

      -Tribalism is too much. -It takes too long for one to be promoted or confirmed from part time staff to full employment. -Lack up grade and standards of products

      Although flo retailing, now known as Flo Group, is a good entry level to plaza life for people who are new to business life, it is an inadequate company in terms of responding to the desire for development and offering good living standards.

      A company that provides insufficient information and development resources and works with a low-information human profile.
