Thank you so much for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have experienced lack of communication between teams – this is an area of teamwork we are constantly trying to improve. We hope you have shared your thoughts with your manager or HRBP, if you haven’t – you can still contact us and share your experience via hr@flo.health. At Flo we foster an environment in which we hope any homophobes, transphobes, sexists, and other kinds of judgemental people do not flourish. We work all together to build a better future for the health of women and all people who menstruate – and if someone is not comfortable with that – Flo is not a place for them. We also work on making sure that our employees feel comfortable to share with their managers of HRBPs all, if any, situations that have made them feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. P.S.
