Pros

Some talented and hardworking colleagues try their best despite systemic issues. Certain teams manage to collaborate well internally, but this is often in spite of leadership rather than because of it.

Cons

Company has an extremely top-down culture. Direction changes radically every three months, with no lessons learned or acknowledgment when things go wrong. You’re afraid to escalate concerns because your manager openly tells you she won’t raise them implying you could be fired if you do. Meanwhile, CPO openly giggles at questions during all-hands, leaving you feeling dismissed and unsupported, you cannot trust HR team after this. Greenlist exists primarily as a box-ticking exercise, c-level rarely demonstrates accountability for the company’s metrics or outcomes, resulting in unclear priorities and ownership.

The designers genuinely want to do good work

Cons

Obsession with conversion, often at the expense of user needs. Lack of women in leadership positions.
