Good benefits, work/life balance, company culture.
Cons
The biggest downside to working at FlixBus is that new ideas are almost always met with backlash-- especially if it involves IT. It doesn't matter if employees have ideas or suggestions on how to make the product/service better. If it takes time, money, or some remote amount of effort, there is always resistance to even hear it out. Don't come in eager to change anything because you won't get the chance. Also, cultural gaps between offices are common and usually HQ has the final say, not the local teams who are supposed to be entrusted with knowing what's best for their audience. Not a lot of room for growth.
