Pros

As a recent hire, I can speak highly of the recruitment process and what I've observed so far. The interview process was well-structured with practical tasks that accurately reflected the actual job responsibilities, which gave me a clear understanding of the role. The team was kind, helpful, and provided regular feedback throughout, making the experience transparent and respectful. The company offers strong working conditions including fair compensation, genuine hybrid work flexibility, more vacation days than the legal minimum, and comprehensive benefits (including mental health counseling). There appear to be genuine opportunities for career advancement, and the overall culture seems supportive, diverse, and professional.

Cons

Too early in my time here to identify any significant drawbacks. The recruitment process took about a month, though this was during summer and the team maintained excellent communication throughout, so it's a minor observation rather than a real concern.

Pros

Great cost controls are in place, but Flix North America C-level leadership lacks the same focus on revenue.

Cons

A lot of brash and perplexing decisions are being made at the highest level at Flix North America, and unfortunately because of this, several vital, important employees have been eliminated from both the Flix and Greyhound businesses. Flix North America C-level leadership fails to realize employees are the best asset of the company. As such, low morale and undue stress reside among overworked employees. Private equity driven, which says it all.
