- People from all over the world are working at Flix, culturally very divers, which is cool - really nice colleagues in my team - it is a great place to grow and learn a lot since you are quickly given lots of responsibility - I can only speak for my team, we are very free in how and when to do our work (except in special cases when there are deadlines) - flexible working hours & 50/50 Home office/Office
Cons
- constant restructuring leads to confusion - there are no clear role assignments, Therefore you have no basis on which to develop further and be promoted. Promotions are not made on a "fair" basis, but rather on what role is needed currently in the team - no clear division of tasks between some of the HR departments which leads to constant discussion and rather working against each other than working with each other - Salaries are below market rates. More and more benefits are being cut due to cost-cutting measures. - Nepotism --> it is all about relations when it comes to some positions
