A grossly Incorrect & Mischievous comment 1. You show yourself as a current employee. This is false and exposes your liability with such libel. We have 3 employees on this date. All 3 employees have disassociated from this post. 2. Hiding behind this mask of anonymity, you could well be a past employee with a known speech disability for effective communication and failure to deal with normal work stress and successful task execution. 3. Our daily stand-up calls & employee interactions offer an open forum to exchange such views. All our current & past employees have used this 'open-door' opportunity as a much more gainful forum for getting their voices heard and to drive meaningful change to the workplace 4. Unfortunately your comments as anonymous and ambiguous as they are, do not reflect the reality at the workplace. Your motives are questionable and can only be construed as mischievous, misleading to deny opportunity to other smarter and capable job applicants looking for an honest & meaningful career As always, we remain open to discuss this rather unusual experience that you falsely claim to have encountered during your stay with us. Thank you!

Pros

FliteX, as a startup, provides a dynamic and fast-paced environment where initiative is key. You’ll have the chance to work on a variety of tasks, gaining broad exposure to different aspects of development, especially in GIS. The small team size means you can make a direct impact, and there’s a lot of room to innovate and grow. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys tackling new challenges, this company provides plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Cons

As a startup, FliteX can feel a bit rough around the edges. The learning/adjusting curve is steep, and with a very, very small team, you’ll often juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines, leading to high pressure. Moreover, the lack of a core team with more insight to projects may come as a deterrent and more often than not you will have to master many of the skills needed by yourself.

Pros

Opportunities for growth and educational support. The upside is massive skill growth and autonomy.

Cons

Requires a broad skill set across frontend (Angular/React), backend (Node.js/Java), servers, Docker, CI/CD, domains, and networking, handling everything end-to-end. You are responsible for everything: development, debugging, deployments, monitoring, security, and support. Without other developers to share tasks, tight deadlines can quickly lead to burnout.
