Great chance to take on responsibility - Strategy FlipsideGroup Employee Review

Flipside has been a great job for me. It's a really transparent place to work and you're treated as an equal. I've been able to mould a role to suit my skillset and have been given a lot of responsibility to show off what I can really do. As a result I feel like I've been thriving. I'm posting this because honestly I've worked at other agencies with a of politics and favouritism and it's really tiring. Great bunch of people to work alongside and to have a drink with. Would recommend to anyone with a bit of a self-starter attitude.
