Pros
After being freelance for a while, I wasn't sure how I'd feel about rejoining an agency full-time. I shouldn't have worried! At flipside, the work is varied and creative, and there is generally an exciting and dynamic approach to work. There are a great team of creative folk at the studio in Cranleigh who are all fun to work with. My experience so far has been a healthy company culture with a good work-life balance. I genuinely enjoy coming to work each day.
Cons
It would be nice if the different offices worked closer together with better communication between 'sales' and 'creative' teams. Sometimes it can feel a bit like the London team are the 'lords and masters' and anyone else is just here to do their bidding. (I know that this isn't intended).
