Pros

Flippa genuinely feels like a company built by operators, for operators. There’s a strong founder mentality across the organization — you’re trusted to take ownership, solve problems, and drive outcomes without layers of bureaucracy slowing you down. If you see an opportunity, you can act on it. If you perform, you’re given more responsibility. Results matter, but so does initiative. The culture rewards people who think commercially, move fast, and treat the business as if it were their own. Leadership is transparent about goals and performance, and there’s real appetite for innovation. It’s an environment where ambitious people can build something meaningful and see direct impact from their work.

Cons

This is not a “clock-in, clock-out” environment. The pace is intense and expectations are high. There’s constant momentum, which can feel demanding if you’re not comfortable with accountability and change. However, for entrepreneurial personalities, that’s part of the appeal.

Pros

Remote in the USA (but only because they signed a lease on a really bad office space and no one felt safe going in)

Cons

I quit Flippa in this employment climate with nothing lined up because working there was worse than being unemployed. The disrespect I faced is honestly something I have never encountered anywhere else. Not only would I never work here again, I'd never recommend someone I like to work here either. - Bad leadership (they are toxic, rude, and don’t care about human capital) - No raises, or low raises once you're in the job
