Its great getting a chance to grow within the industry and have the support of knowledgeable people. The support system is great, even when they are busy and the company culture is so chill.

I don't really have any cons here.

FlipCo is part of a broader family officer that has operated for over 25 years bringing an innovative and resource rich experience to our team members! All full time hires receive benefits, 401k contributions, generous PTO which even include VTO (volunteer time off). We also provide tuition reimbursement and several employee appreciation activities throughout the year.

In fast paced and growing start ups we hire, fire and promote based on our 5 core values. While this isn’t a downside it can be perceived as such by those who do not fit our culture and vision and don’t stay on board long term.
