Employees are given a lot of responsibility and ownership of the product. The product vision is grounded, ambitious, and challenging. Everyone at the company is someone who you would want to hang out with after work.

Flipagram is an extremely fast moving company. There is a lot of work to do and the teams could communicate their needs/wants/progress better.
