Pros
A lot of work has been done recently to break down silos internally and collaborate to have a clear and structured plan. This long-term planning approach is extremely refreshing considering previous orgs I have worked at put a lot of pressure regarding short-term goals that aren't realistic considering they didn't put the right foundations in place to begin with. The Flip leadership are also extremely transparent with employees laying out their rationale for actions taken.
Cons
Foundations still need to be built for sustained future success but this is in the works
