Cons
Does not make investments in their software solutions. Customers are getting ripped off due to the company holding back investments Does not invest in its people for training and procedures Does not provide good benefit plans for its team members The owners only care about how much money they make and not the customers or the team Many executives are based in New Zealand or Australia and have no idea how a business operates in the US and Europe The CEO, John Moss, is not capable of running and growing the business. Super nice guy but he is not a leader and lacks the business experience, leadership skills and vision to take the business into the future. He would be a great analyst The new investors have no clue what they are doing and own no other business in the same industry. The majority of the Flintfox customers are in the US and Europe but many of the owners are in New Zealand and Australia and might as well be on Mars The CMO has rebranded the website and its worse than what was there in the past. Complete garbage!! Rumor has it they have a new marketing leader from Microsoft with no cluse what she is doing and Microsoft no longer wanted her. It sounds like most of the Flintfox team would be happy to send her back to Microsoft The company is losing employees at a massive pace due to the poor leadership and incompetent management who have been hired into the business It is a rumor that the old CEO was a crook who scammed the new investors and left everyone else a pile of problems to deal with at Flintfox. Worse yet Tom Patterson came into Flintfox and grew the business at a high multiple and the old CEO took the credit. Anyone I ever spoke to in my career with them thought Mike was clueless and a scam
