*Inequal Application of Company Policies/Rules Across all Employees. (Some are able to get away with a lot, others' mistakes are handled strictly.) *Select Supervisors are Difficult to Resolve Issues with (Not a widespread issue) *Annual Raises Tend to be Low (We achieved one of the best years in company history, but were only offered 3-5% due to "adverse business conditions.")
