Under new management and they truly care about their staff and statisying customers. Great compensation and flexible hours for the car business. The GM is not stuck up and will talk to anyone like a human. The GSM is the same way.

Honestly I have not found a con yet.

The people who work here outside of management are extremely great to work with.

Very aggressive but also lazy management. Payment packing is very common here. Morals at an all time low. Managers are the least involved until there's a mistake made. No actual training, just daily meetings where the managers bicker about how the store is slow. The pay was always inconsistent, forgetting to pay people for cars, losing paperwork, paying lower amounts than earned (I was told to mark up a car $5,000 over internet price, and was only paid 11% of the 25% from that sale, and that car made over $7,500 just on front end.) DO NOT WORK HERE
