      Pros

      Remote work. The Regulatory team is the best.

      Cons

      The pay is lower than most companies, but a positive environment. The company was taken as an investment and changed over time, but still a positive place to work.

      Good pay, decent workforce when shown respect.

      Cons

      Lots of EU crossover being an European company. Lots of turnover in both management and plant level. Could be a great place to work with changes.
