      Great employees that all get along, work with great subcontractors, work on mostly schools so there will always be jobs, good culture.

      overall, I really like the company and do not have any cons.

      Pros

      Interesting projects to work on. People are willing to help. There's lot of knowledge, expertise and connections related to construction management and project engineering. The opportunity to advance is out there for those willing to take on responsibility.

      Cons

      With some projects, there is slow progression due to political bureaucracy.
