      Pros

      - fast moving - challenging - work/life balance - every day is different - preCOVID was a great about doing periodic employee “fun” lunches/events - snacks and drinks provided at corporate for employees

      Cons

      - will consume you if you do not set boundaries - transparency & communication (Mgmt level) - a few people do the majority of the work -limited opportunities for advancement

      Pros

      This use to be a great company until the current CEO destroyed it by ousting any employee with longevity of 5-7 plus years.

      Cons

      Worked with many dedicated employees during my time with company but after 7 years you need to update your resume. No matter what they need to make margin at all cost. Operations has went south rapidly especially at the top. Do more with less
