Made some decent friends here while I was there also typically earned around 20% or higher on tips and was consistently helping others and moving fast.

Management that is trying to find the smallest issues to irritate you if you call them out on real problems, Rude management, understaffing during high traffic times, the mentality of management always saying your wrong when you call out issues, poor communication between management members, targeting employees such as when I only had two tables in about 2 hours keeping me on the clock and not allowing me to be cut. I starting noticing issues as soon as I spoke up about a day where the elevator was broken and there was no bartender working up stairs when I had to run orders up and down the stairs all shift when not much help from management and a small amount of help from another employee. They rather try to call out small issues that don’t affect profit vs actually solving major issues. Not a healthy team environment.
