Pros

There is a real sense of innovation and a can-do attitude at Flexys. It's great to work somewhere where people are listened to and their ideas are welcomed, and where every person is genuinely valued. The leadership team is strong, approachable and willing to listen, from the CEO down. There is none of the 'them and us' culture you find in many companies. For example, there is a regular retrospective where everyone contributes to improving the way things are done. People feel invested in the company and are highly motivated. The benefits are generous and there is a flexible working policy that really helps with the work-life balance. I work remotely but have the option to go into the office whenever I want to meet up with other people in my team, or just to have a change of scenery from home working. All the teams have regular online catch-ups and social chats so you never feel isolated. Flexys is a growing company so there are a lot of possibilities for career growth. There is also an annual contribution to training so you can easily keep your skills up to date or learn new ones.

Cons

Fast growth means it can get busy but they are recruiting hard to alleviate this.

Pros

A positive company with a good CEO. Despite being remote, the team got together fairly regularly and with Slack I always felt part of the company.

Cons

There are no downsides to working here.

Cons

Nothing springs to mind, but there's always things you can improve
