      Pros

      You can manipulate the managers into allowing you to do what you feel and know to be right. Half the team unites under the mutiny flag, but dares do nothing to oppose the management.

      Cons

      Account managers are nothing but resume pushers. Technical knowledge is minimum and phone interviews are always turned into a fact-verifying process.
