Pros
Joined with a full induction plan, great support from HR and senior management. Own Manager is very supportive. Regional staff work together even though not located in the same place and have been very helpful to the newbie. HO staff patient and take time to sort issues and teach the business
Cons
Having to take a full hour for lunch!
