      Pros

      Small work environment. Team principles and a strong focus on quality and customer needs. Good pay for staff members.

      Cons

      Mediocre to poor pay for hourly employees. Can appear "clicky" if new. Company sold to investment firm that did not care about core business and created a downward turn in quality and customer needs.

      Pros

      Have met some very great people while employed here.

      Cons

      Two 10 minute breaks and a 20 minute lunch which are all cut short by a 2 minute warning bell to get back to work. The pay is not enough to live without struggling each week to pay bills, buy groceries, get gas to get back and fourth to work. Morale is at an all time low...
