Pros
Good fellow developers, you become friends and treat each other with respect, office is renovated, if you want to be relaxed and not work very hard, this is a nice company to rest and gain experience as a developer. my friend here is almost 6 years in the company (but wants to leave because no growth.)
Cons
Be careful with the boss here..she is very manipulative. Most manipulative person I met.. she can play with anyone especially the ceo, shes like the ceo too she said. she thinks she can threat everyone because she has the power. You dont have a permanent job here if you do not follow her or if you are not friends. everything you read in reviews here are true.
