Work Life Balance is okay, But I wanted to give over all negative review to the leadership. Where 20 percent of people are leading. Is not funny when there is only handful of 100 people

It's hypocritical to call it transparency. When they talk about team changes or internal mobility, nothing about the process is actually transparent. Leadership already knows which teams are open, but instead of sharing that information openly, they just maintain a roster in an Excel sheet that's hidden from others. People who are interested in moving teams aren't given visibility or options. Instead, leadership selectively approaches individuals and tells them to move, often without any choice. So this so-called transparency is just a façade. It's all talk — there's no real openness or fairness in the process.
