Pros

Paid Vacation trips each year for those in the company that went far and beyond their normal job description and achieved their goals for that year.

Cons

Low Salary, Owners are disconnected from their staff, Non-Compete keeps you from working in staffing for 1 year and 2 years from talking to their customers. You've been warned.

Owner response - Flexicrew has one of the highest internal pay rates in the local staffing industry. We offer competitive commission, enabling sales/recruiters to earn double the stated salary or more. We are a privately held company and work very hard to have a great work/life balance and positive culture for all of our internal employees. We also have 20+ locations making it hard for the owners to get everywhere more than once per year, though we certainly try. We rely on our management team to run things efficiently, while staying in constant communication with the entire Flexicrew family. I appreciate your feedback, but I disagree with your sentiments. I would feel that the majority of our current employees and those leave on positive terms would feel positively about the environment as well.

Pros

Pay was great, staff was very helpful from the beginning on boarding process to getting coverage for shifts.

Cons

There were none since it was only a contract job.

Team was great, lots of opportunities. Pay was great.

Cons

Not Nationwide but still was able to accommodate.
