We are a family-owned business that has always taken pride in doing things the right way. We are very honest with new hires - we will invest in you and market you our to our clients. If you walk off of an assignment without notifying us, it puts us in a tough spot and we hold the right to change your pay scale. We notify each and every applicant of this before you begin work. If you are not satisfied, or would like to seek other opportunities, please notify us before leaving an assignment so that we can find a replacement for our client. We will respect and honor all good faith communication. 2. Flexicrew will not hire illegal citizens. We Everify every applicant that we employ. We follow all USCIS guidelines hiring new employees. 2. All employees can correct their immigration status if they have a Tentative Non-Confirmation status. We give every employee an opportunity to make corrections to their immigration status if need be, per USCIS guidelines. 3. We do not sign paperwork for anyone and we are happy to provide application paperwork to anyone who asks.
