Not a good company - Engineer Flexicare Employee Review

Dystopian top down culture (think George Orwell’s 1984). Autocratic leaders who preach standards and values but consistently don’t apply them to themselves. Poor, flip-flop decision making. Owners never satisfied. Staff hugely overloaded, setup to fail, then scapegoated when things go wrong. Toxic environment resulting in a huge turnover of staff. Pizza was nice though.
