I joined this company excited about the opportunity and was assured of long-term plans and growth. However, after only two months, I and several other recently hired employees were suddenly let go due to “budget issues.” Since then, more than 20 people have been fired in less than a year, which says a lot about how unstable and poorly managed the company is. The leadership, particularly the CEO and founders, made repeated promises about the company’s growth and investment in people. These turned out to be completely false. I received consistent positive feedback from management and other team members yet I was still dismissed without warning. They had also told other employees in the office beforehand so everyone knew before I did which is just horrible. The reality is that this company does not plan for the future, lacks financial stability, and makes reckless hiring decisions without thinking about the impact on its employees’ lives. People are brought on with enthusiasm, only to be left high and dry shortly after. I would not recommend working here! Save yourself the trouble and find a better company that values people’s livelyhood

Many weird things happen in this startup: 1. Management is really strange. They come and go and change their roles and the name of the roles and nobody says anything. Clevels don't seem to talk to each other. Some Clevels takes over the role of 3. How do you do that? It's really weird. 2. There is no strategy. Everything is randomly done. You never know what is happening next. Weird. 3. They hire senior experienced managers, don't let them do anything and finally fire them. Why do they do that??. It's really weird!! 4. Departments dissapear or change around with no explanation. You get to know about this one day you decide to look at the chart and see the changes.Funny isn't it. 5. Nobody knows what they are doing or why, but everyone is always too busy. 6. Departments dont talk to each other. So nobody knows what the others do. 7. There is a CEO that doesn't do the CEO. It seems that the Ceo is the other guy but nobody knows really. Everything is blurry. Nobody knows so people end up talking about the weather. 6. They want employees to go to the office but once at the office nobody talk to each other. Why bother?. It's so funny. 7. They run quarterly events in which they talk about things that never happen afterwards. Isn't is strange? It seems like a bunch of kids playing Monopoly. Really weird.
