Peers were amazing people, who were dedicated to our customers

Sales leadership is exceedingly negative and condescending. Leadership badmouth other team members in 1:1 meetings and whole-team sales meetings. They consistently caused angst and anxiety amongst the team. Very political—if you’re not “in” with leadership, you’re definitely on the “outs.” No upward mobility or chance of career advancement.
