Pros
The working environment is very welcoming. Every single person is very friendly and personable- and the staff tend to socialise outside of work. This is the sort of place where you will know most people's names. The structure of the teams gives good exposure to management. There is a lot of opportunity for people to develop and specialise in the areas that suit them.
Cons
The workload can be very high, especially when systems are being rolled out. The free pizza on Fridays is from Papa Johns... Domino's, people- c'mon!
