1 the pay is way below par and increments are fixed no matter how hard you work. Hence no one really cares to put in the extra effort. They just do the bare minimum 2 the higher management does not care about you. 3. The system is super buggy and qa is practically non existent. Example there are 10 developer for 1 qa person. 4. It's a complete sweat shop.
